ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Agency Manager oversees daily operations of the State Farm agency office, ensuring efficient workflows, pushing team to new sale levels and goals, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies. This position supports the agent in managing staff, handling administrative tasks, and optimizing office productivity. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Office Administration:
    • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supply inventory, and maintaining a professional work environment. 
    • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed. 
    • Make sure entire team is dressed professionally and act professionally. 
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Train, supervise, and support office staff and customer service representatives. 
    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members. 
    • Push sales team to hit their individual goals as well as agent goals. 
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure customers are greeted and assisted in a professional, friendly manner.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. 
    • Maintain high standards of client confidentiality and service quality. 
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist the agent with sales processes, including quoting, policy changes, and follow-ups.
    • Track leads, appointments, and conversion rates. 
    • Support marketing initiatives and community outreach. 
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure office activities comply with State Farm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and submit required reports to the agent and/or corporate office.
    • Maintain accurate records for audits and reviews. 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have 2-20 Property and Casualty License and 2-15 Life and Health License. 
  • Experience in office management, administration, sales, or customer service at State Farm. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Policy Center, ECRM system). 
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
